RV RATES

We are making sure to space out our visitors to help with safety!

All payments in advance Rates are based on 2 people per RV - $2 per day for each additional person

Daily $ 35. Electric Included

Weekly $150 Electric Included

Monthly $310 Plus Electric

PARK MODELS

$3200 for winter texans if paid yearly (or $310 monthly)

$3400 for winter texans if paid yearly (or $360 monthly)

Rates subject to change

All rents are paid by the due date.

There will be a late fee after the due date of $5.00 dollar per day.

Electric will be billed at the current site rate to Acacia.

$50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold any site

Call ahead so we can open the security gate to "our home."
